Shipping policy

• Domestic Orders: Your order will be processed within 7 days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. 

• International Orders: We are currently only shipping to the United Staes. International shipment will be expanding in the near future.

Return Policy:

• Refund : For unopened products, you have 30 days to return your order. Please email us at support@miqalibeauty.com and we will revert with the address to send your unopened packages return to you. Please provide your tracking number to the email immediately after placing in the post, and once it arrives, we will process your refund. If we do not receive your tracking information before delivery at our warehouse, we will not be able to process your refund.

• Damaged product: We will offer a refund for unopened damaged products. We do not offer refunds for opened products. If you have any questions please email us at support@miqalibeauty.com 

Reseller Policy: Unless otherwise agreed with us via contract, we do not permit the distribution or reselling of any MIQALI products.
